Job Title: Customer Account Representative
Location: Remote (Based in Manila, Philippines)
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Pay: $400 USD/Month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our remote team. This person must be efficient, accurate, and reliable in absolutely everything they do. This role is perfect for someone based in Manila who is comfortable working U.S. hours (graveyard shift). You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support. This candidate must have flawless spoken and written English skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Continuously develop product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers.

Qualifications:
Based in Manila, Philippines, and willing to work U.S. hours (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time).
At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM software and support tools (e.g., Go High Level, Eliza, Slack) is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
