What We’re Looking For:

Education:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is equally valued.

Experience:
Proven experience as a tech support or in a similar role.
Experience with marketing campaigns is a plus.
Go HighLevel proficiency is required.
Process development experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and track affiliate links for accurate performance measurement.
Analyze current systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Implement automation solutions using tools like Zapier to streamline operations.
Provide prompt technical support to staff and affiliates.
Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data security and integrity.
Integrate various software and platforms for cohesive, efficient systems.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and SOPs.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Open to feedback and willing to learn from mistakes.
