JOB OVERVIEW

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid Lead Generation ad campaigns on the world’s most popular search platform. A successful specialist is expected to have a deep knowledge of both creating and auditing Google Ads accounts. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining and improving a varied number of campaigns and must have knowledge of the different bidding strategies that Google Ads offers. This candidate will need to be flexible in their auditing style to fit with the needs and goals of the client.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform weekly and monthly audits of your designated accounts with a heavy focus on keywords.
Apply and monitor split testing for ad copies
Maintain a well-versed understanding of industry trends and research industry related media
Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements
Drive leads and conversions for our clients
Manage ad spend as determined by the client
Track and analyze the data for each individual campaign, and the campaigns against each other

Qualifications:
Must be able to work US based hours
Knowledge and experience using Google Ads and Google LSA
A marketing mindset to be able to review and suggest improvements to our targeting, headlines, and marketing copy
Ability to communicate effectively
Access to a high-speed internet connection
Good time management and organization skills as a remote worker
Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Google Ads platform, rules, regulations, strategies, and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
