YouTube Shorts Channel Editor + Manager: Master of Virality

We are looking for a talented individual to manage our YouTube Shorts channels at our fast growing and dynamic company. Your Role: Master of Virality
-Editing engaging viral videos utilizing AI Voiceover, captions, visual techniques, etc.
-Sourcing viral clips to use in our edits
-researching competitors, spotting trends, developing strategies and innovating to enhance channel growth.
-Posting, Captioning, Engaging with comments, reviewing analytics
-Attending 1 weekly call with the team, lead by me
-Education. After getting hired, you will receive 1-on-1 coaching with a Shorts Manager that grew his page from 0 to 600k subscribers in 1 month. This is a training that my company has paid $1000+ for, and you will get for free if hired.

The Ideal Candidate:
-Wizard in editing shortform content that grabs and holds attention.
-Understands internet culture and humor, and can incorporate these references into the edits and captions
-Has a good understanding of virality and ability to study and understand what performs
-Creative and able to bring in fresh ideas
-A strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality video content
-Fluent in English
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Understands our company culture and wants to go above and beyond to put out the best videos the internet has ever seen.

You Shouldn't Apply If:
-You want a normal 9-5. This role is NOT easy & requires an all-in mentality. We're looking for an applicant who will put in the work that others won't.
-If you can't handle stress and pressure.
-You are not looking to grow and learn and be in an fast paced ever changing environment.

Compensation Scenarios and ascension route:

Apprentice:
$500 per month (starting)
This is your starting point, you will have me as your personal mentor that you can ask anything of during our weekly calls. You are leveling up your work and improving week on week. Bringing in fresh insights about youtube to me every week and showing me progress.

Takeoff:
$700-$1500 per month (possible 3-12 months in)
You have proven yourself as a go-getter, innovator, and have gone above and beyond to provide value to the company. Your youtube channels you manage have taken off and you are bringing me ideas of new initiatives and projects we could execute on. You have a standout work ethic and advanced skillsets.

Leader/Manager:
$2000-$4000+ per month (possible 6-18+ months in)
You are managing a division at my company, such as operations, sales, or content, and leading the corresponding team. My goal is to give you the pathway to get to this point if you decide to pursue it.
