Job Title: Communications Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Communications Manager to oversee and execute our organization's communication strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and driving growth through effective communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies; create engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn,
Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities; create communication materials supporting sales initiatives; establish relationships with potential clients and industry influencers; conduct market research.
Grant Writing: Research and evaluate grant opportunities; write compelling grant proposals; ensure compliance and timely reporting to funders.
Marketing Communications: Develop and execute marketing campaigns; create high-quality marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, press releases, website content); maintain brand consistency; assist in planning and promoting events.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, English, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in communications, marketing, or a similar role.
Grant Writing Skills: Demonstrated success in writing grants and securing funding.
Business Development Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and client relationship management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; complete fluency in English.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media management tools, and CRM software.
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree: Master's degree in a related field.
Industry Experience: Experience in recruitment, technology, or SaaS industries.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in marketing, communications, or grant writing.
