Social Media GURU and Admin Master

Are you a Social Media Manager Guru? I'm not talking someone who thinks they know SM, but someone who can create campaigns, run ads, tweak ads based on results, impressions and sales so more leads and sales are made. You now how to use the tools available to make a SM account hum. If so, read on.

ABOUT YOU
You love social media marketing, management and everything about the back end. You have experience designing, implementing and adjusting budgets and campaigns to drive engagement, leads and sales. You know how to manage automated platforms to distribute content, tweak ads and keep across the latest best practice for ensuring that goals are met and then smashed.

You know that social media management is so much more than just liking and sharing.

You may even have experience selling online products and services. You may have taken a downloadable product, created a campaign around it, targeted a market and launched into it. If you have, you'll want to apply.

In this role you will have a lot of autonomy. You will come up with ideas, map them out and then get them approved by me before implementing them. You will be working on the platform Ontraport which is one of the best online marketing platforms. (Don’t worry if you have never used it - I can teach you that).

You will also be responsible for weekly newsletters. I will provide the base content - usually in the form of a a video - and you will spin it from there. You will use the video to create a newsletter, LI, FB, and Insta posts. You will send them out on the Ontraport platform.

While you use AI as a tool within the business, you know that it does not produce anything good enough to publish on social media.

There will also be some admin tasks associated with this role. Because your SM campaigns will have worked so well we will get a lot of leads. These will then convert into sales, and I then need to visit them to deliver my services. You will then be responsible for managing my diary, booking flights, hotels etc. You will be working with my clients - so you are super professional in all aspects of communications.

You also have amazing attention to detail. As English will probably be your second (or third!) language you will use tools to ensure that your spelling is spot on, grammar is correct so you and I both look professional.

Logistics of the job.
Below are the logistics of the position that you will need to meet to be considered for the role. If you can’t meet ALL of these criteria, sorry you wont be considered for the role.
- Your own computer (or laptop) that is no more than 3 years old, that no one else uses. Not even for playing games on. This includes and children you have. If your computer is a MAC, that gives you extra points!
- You will be asked to back up your history with examples. This may include a portfolio of work, previous Australian employers who can vouch for your work, or other ways of backing up what you will claim in the job interview.
- Your own Dropbox account with extended storage. This is usually a paid account
- Do you have kids? I offer a family friendly workplace. I’m very happy for you to take time off to attend kids school when needed (they are only young once!) But when they are home and you are working, someone else is looking after them.
- Feel free to look me up on social media, but DO NOT message me on them. If you do your application will be deleted without consideration.
- You have a strong and reliable internet connection of at least 50MB/s. You probably have a back up connection as well.
- Your power connection is reliable. If it goes down regularly, you have a back up plan.
- You’re looking for a long term engagement - several years. You want to grow in your role and develop to be the next version of who you can be.
- Pay. That is what a job is all about. I pay a fair market rate. Please advise in PHP what hourly rate you are asking for.
- If you make it to round 2 of the interview process you will be asked to analyse my current social media accounts and identify any strengths, weaknesses and what can be done to get more from what I am already doing.
