Location: Remote (Must be available during 12 PM - 5 PM PST and able to work on weekends for urgent tasks)

Pay: Base salary of $5/hr (we use WebWork) and biweekly bonus (revenue sharing + performance bonus ranging from $20-$60/biweek)

Our platform helps property managers streamline their listings, handle tenant inquiries, and improve occupancy rates. We’re a growing startup based in San Francisco, and we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager (Cold Email, Cold Call, and Telemarketing) to join our team.

Job Description:
We’re seeking a Sales Manager (Cold Email, Cold Call, and Telemarketing) to drive new business by sending personalized, targeted cold emails to property management firms. You’ll be responsible for researching prospects, crafting customized emails, and generating interest in our product. Your role will be essential to building our sales pipeline and growing our client base.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key prospects in the property management industry
- Craft and send personalized, compelling cold emails that resonate with potential clients
- Manage follow-up sequences and track email performance
- Analyze results to optimize open rates, response rates, and lead generation

Qualifications:
*** Must have an iPhone and/or MacBook to use iMessage for communications with the CEO.
*** Applicant must attach a video self-introduction (Candidates without video links won't be reviewed or considered)
- Availability during 12-5 PM PST and flexibility to work on *weekends* for urgent tasks.
- Native English speaking level for helping with phone call communications (C2 required)
- Experience with Apollo, smartleads.ai and Hubspot
