JOB OVERVIEW

HSC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing prompt and professional support. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
* Provide detailed information about products and services.
* Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
* Resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
* Fluency in professional English.
* A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
