Job Title: Part-Time Property Marketing & Leasing Manager (Apartments Only) & Executive Assistant

Pay: Base salary of $5/hr (we use WebWork) and biweekly bonus (revenue sharing + performance bonus ranging from $20-60)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant who will be responsible for creating property listings, designing marketing graphics, managing tenant inquiries, and providing executive support. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is available during the specified hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Marketing:
- Create and manage property listings on
- Design marketing graphics and promotional materials using Canva.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, schedule property viewings, and follow up with potential leads.
- Monitor and update listings to ensure accuracy and optimize visibility.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing accounting books, and handling communications.
- Use Zoho Books for basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks (preferred but not required).
- Assist with urgent tasks on weekends as needed.
Requirements:
*** Must have an iPhone and/or MacBook to use iMessage for communications with the CEO.

- Availability during 12-5 PM PST and flexibility to work on *weekends* for urgent tasks.
- Proficiency in creating graphics using Canva and excellent English writing skills with native American English expressions
- Experience with
- Experience with Appfolio, Buildium, Yardi, or PropertyWare
- Native English speaking level for helping with phone call communications (C2 required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting and bookkeeping, particularly using Zoho Books.
