THE POSITION
We are seeking a full-time Marketing and Virtual Assistant to manage all aspects of our digital marketing efforts. This role will serve as the primary contact for online advertising, email marketing, social media, website management, marketing funnels, blogs, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and experienced in driving engagement and growth through various digital platforms. The starting pay for this position is PHP 30,000.00 - PHP 40,000.00 per month, depending on experience.

WORK HOURS:
HomeWise Institute is based in the United States (Mountain Time), and candidates must be willing and able to work a graveyard shift, with the option to choose a start time between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM PST. The role requires 40 hours per week, and overtime is not required.

TASKS:
Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:
> Managing Thinkific: Setting up courses, building and designing sales and landing pages, etc.
> Building marketing funnels, system integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues
> Scheduling social media content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
> Designing digital assets such as images for social media, PDFs, worksheets, and online course visuals
> Testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
> Optimizing web and landing pages
> Handling external communications via email, social media groups/pages, and Intercom on behalf of the client
> Performing data entry and file management tasks
> Managing CRM databases
> Overseeing inbox management
Note: You will not be required to make or receive marketing phone calls. Regular team communication occurs through Microsoft Teams via chat and video calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:
> To qualify for the position, you must:
> Be self-driven and highly motivated
> Be able to work independently and take initiative
> Demonstrate strong organizational skills
> Be willing to work full-time from home and during graveyard shifts
> Own a PC/laptop and have a dedicated workspace
> Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
> Have prior experience in digital marketing or a strong passion to learn
> Be tech-savvy, with familiarity in cloud-based tools and a willingness to learn and grow with new applications and skills

HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
> Prior experience in digital marketing
> Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
> Experience with tools such as Canva, Thinkific, ConvertKit, and YouTube
