VA for Tech Founder & Entrepreneur

~~ Role Overview ~~
This role offers unique insights into tech and startups for the right candidate. Manage the personal and professional life of a tech product manager, engineer and startup founder. Gain hands-on experience with AI tools, startups, and entrepreneurship.

~~ Key Tasks ~~
- Manage task tracking system (JIRA-style Kanban board)
- Optimize calendar and email across personal and work accounts
- Process AI transcripts into actionable insights and automate the process
- Support startup operations and LLC management
- Manage personal tasks (travel, workouts, appointments, social events)
- Learn and apply AI tools for various processes
- Assist me with language learning and project management
- Handle social media and personal branding
- Document all processes systematically

~~ Must-Haves ~~
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and AI platforms
- Quick learner, interested in tech and startups
- Independent and proactive work style
- Discretion with sensitive information

~~ Skills ~~
- Skilled with using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with task management and automation tools
- Major bonus points for technical background (computer science, programming, etc) especially experience with scripting and automation. NOTE: If you have that experience, please mention it in your subject line!!!

- 15-20 hours/week to start depending on experience level and time commitment
