About Us:
We are a rapidly growing company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs automate, scale, and optimize their businesses. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Strategist & Manager to spearhead our social media efforts, build a strong online presence from the ground up, and manage client accounts. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, increasing engagement and following, and leading content marketing efforts.

We’re not just looking for someone to post content—we need a strategist who understands how to use social media to build authority, engage with audiences, and drive results for both our company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
*Social Media Strategy Development:*

-> Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our online presence across platforms like Facebook, -> Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
-> Create content marketing plans that align with brand goals, focusing on building authority, driving engagement, and generating leads.
-> Leverage video content (short-form and long-form) to maximize reach and engagement on platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
-> Podcast Promotion & Strategy: Support our podcast growth by developing and executing social media campaigns around each episode, increasing listenership and engagement.

*Content Creation & Management:*
-> Create visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging graphic content (e.g., social media posts, infographics, stories) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design platforms.
-> Write captivating copy that educates, inspires, and encourages engagement while staying true to our voice and vision.
-> Oversee content creation, curation, and scheduling for both our company and select client accounts.
-> Lead video content strategy, including video scripts, coordination, and planning of engaging social media video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

*Community Building & Engagement:*
-> Actively engage with followers, build relationships, and foster a sense of community on social media.
-> Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
-> Implement strategies to increase engagement, including contests, polls, interactive content, and more.

*Analytics & Reporting:*
-> Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve reach and engagement.
-> Use insights from analytics to adjust campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in engagement and audience growth.

*Client Account Management:*
-> Manage and oversee a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their social media strategies align with their goals.
-> Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring clear expectations and satisfaction with results.
-> Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver on social media strategies, campaigns, and projects.

*Project Management & Autonomy:*
-> Work independently and take full ownership of our social media strategy. You won’t be waiting for direction—we need someone who will lead!
-> Manage social media schedules and ensure consistency across multiple platforms, both for our brand and clients.
-> Oversee project management for social media campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:
-> Proven Experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager, with a track record of growing social media followings and increasing engagement.
-> Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with a deep understanding of how to use them strategically.
-> Video content expertise—proven experience in creating, editing, and promoting videos across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
-> Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) to create eye-catching social media content.
-> Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, persuasive, and on-brand copy.
-> Podcast marketing experience is a plus—understanding how to promote and grow podcasts through social media campaigns.
-> Strong project management skills—experience managing multiple accounts or projects at once.
-> Client-facing experience—the ability to communicate effectively with clients, set expectations, and deliver results.
-> Strong analytical skills—ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to drive strategy.
-> Self-starter who can work independently and make data-driven decisions to grow our following and brand presence.

Preferred Skills:
-> Experience using Notion or other project management tools for content planning.
-> Podcast outreach and promotion—understanding how to use podcasts to grow and engage an audience.
-> Familiarity with email marketing strategies and integrations with social media campaigns.
