UX / UI Web Graphic Designer

We are looking for a UX / UI web graphic designer to join our team.

Requirements:

Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
Proficiency in Figma and Replo is a must.
Proven experience in UX/UI and web design for DTC brands, preferably in home goods or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of CRO principles and performance-driven design.
Strong user-centered design mindset with the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design to create smooth user experiences.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and desktop experiences.
Ability to gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to iterate and refine designs.
Experience collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics to understand technical constraints and possibilities (a plus but not required).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams.

Must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours, and begin in 2-weeks.
