Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional email and calendar management skills, be proactive, and take initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Email and Calendar Management:
* Manage and oversee the CEO's email inbox and calendar comprehensively.
* Prioritize and respond to emails efficiently.
* Schedule and organize all meetings and appointments.
* Keep the CEO informed of important communications, ensuring timely and professional handling of messages.

2. Task Management:
* Execute various tasks assigned by the CEO, such as project management, research, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination, with flexibility.

3. Team Collaboration:
* Act as the main point of contact for team members and stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of teamwork and mutual support by coordinating with other assistants, departments, or external contacts to facilitate the CEO’s agenda.

4. Innovative Problem-Solving:
* Identify and propose solutions to enhance efficiency in the CEO’s operations through improved scheduling practices and innovative technology solutions.

5. Daily Operations Support:
* Provide comprehensive support in daily operations, ensuring that the CEO’s professional and personal commitments are fulfilled.

6. Professional Representation:
* Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions, maintaining a high standard of communication and conduct.

7. Continuous Learning and Development:
* Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance personal skills and support the CEO more effectively.

8. CRM Tools Management:
* Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly supporting a CEO, for at least 1 year.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency with office technology and software, especially email and calendar management systems.
* Experience working independently and handling confidential information discreetly.
* Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
