Appointment Setting

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting with potential clients. Incentives added for kept appointments and initial sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the outreach process.
QULIFICATIONS
• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be able to call during U.S. Eastern Time Zone 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
