Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via

- Communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock items, providing suitable alternatives or solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department as needed.
- Provide customers with updates on their orders, including shipping and delivery statuses.
Qualifications:
- Knows how to use DeepL, Reamaze, and Shopify
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stores simultaneously.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends if needed.
