Position:
We are looking for a full time TikTok Meme Video Creator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Content to create viral meme-driven videos that will connect with our audience, drive engagement, and keep us on top of TikTok trends. This is a fast-paced role, and you’ll be expected to produce 15 short-form videos per day.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithms
- Proven experience in creating viral, meme-centric videos
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong creative instincts, comedic timing, and an eye for what’s trending
- Ability to take creative direction while adding your unique touch to the content
- Experience with TikTok analytics and optimizing content for maximum engagement
- Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends

Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging, viral TikTok videos aligned with the brand and content strategy
- Stay on top of TikTok trends and integrate them into the video creation process
- Collaborate with the Head of Content to brainstorm and execute new content ideas
- Ensure consistent posting to maximize engagement and grow our audience
- Experiment with different video formats, styles, and approaches to keep content fresh and exciting
- Monitor video performance and recommend strategies to enhance future content
- Create 20 short-form videos daily, focusing on creativity and relevance to TikTok trends

Compensation and Paid Trial:
The compensation for this position is $350 - $1,000 per month, depending on experience and quality of work. To start off, we’re offering a paid trial of $100 to eligible applicants to showcase their skills. This will give you a chance to demonstrate your creativity and video editing prowess before finalizing a job offer.
