JOB OVERVIEW

## Social Media Management

**Create and optimize profiles:**
- Set up business accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Use consistent branding across all platforms (profile pictures, cover images, bios)
- Include relevant keywords in profile descriptions

**Content creation and posting:**
- Develop a content calendar for regular posts across platforms
- Create and schedule 3-5 posts per week on each platform
- Use a mix of educational content, industry news, and behind-the-scenes glimpses
- Incorporate relevant hashtags to increase visibility

**Engagement:**
- Monitor comments and messages daily
- Respond to all comments and messages within 24 hours
- Engage with other accounts in the group home and healthcare industries
- Join and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups

## YouTube Channel Management

**Channel setup:**
- Create a branded YouTube channel
- Design an eye-catching channel banner and profile picture
- Optimize channel description with keywords and links to other platforms

**Video production:**
- Plan and script 2-4 videos per month on group home topics
- Edit videos, ensuring high-quality audio and visuals
- Create engaging thumbnails and titles for each video

**Video optimization:**
- Write detailed descriptions with keywords for each video
- Add relevant tags to improve searchability
- Create and manage playlists to organize content

## Lead Generation

**Lead magnet creation:**
- Develop a valuable free resource (e.g., "10 Steps to Starting a Successful Group Home")
- Create a landing page to capture email addresses in exchange for the resource

**Email marketing:**
- Set up an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
- Create a welcome email sequence for new subscribers
- Send a monthly newsletter with industry insights and business updates

**Networking:**
- Research and compile a list of potential clients and industry partners
- Reach out to 5-10 new contacts per week via LinkedIn or email
- Follow up with existing contacts to nurture relationships

## Analytics and Reporting

- Monitor key metrics across all platforms (followers, engagement rates, video views)
- Provide weekly summary reports on social media performance
