Pet N Pet® is looking for a full-time experienced Social Media Ads Specialist!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Identify target audiences and develop strategies to engage and convert them.
• Understand target audience behavior and preferences through data analysis.
• Analyze campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to maximize advertising opportunities.
• Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and advertising policies to ensure compliance and optimal campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective advertising strategies.
• Provide reports and insights, highlighting key metrics and campaign performance.
• Improve conversion rates and lead generation from social media channels.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience
• Social media experience - Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube
• Experience with ad platforms
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media advertising.
• SEO and hashtag knowledge
• Analytics and reporting skills
