Job Description: As a Marketing/Creative Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement creative strategies that align with business goals. Your role will involve overseeing the full creative process—from ideation to execution—ensuring that all campaigns are optimized for maximum engagement and conversions. With a focus on digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google, you will guide the creative direction of ads, content, and brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the creative strategy for marketing campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and performance teams to ensure creative ideas align with overall business objectives.
Craft compelling messaging and visuals that capture attention and drive engagement, while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Analyze performance data and use insights to continually optimize campaign strategies for higher conversions and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in digital advertising to keep the brand at the cutting edge of creativity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality of work.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or creative strategy role, ideally within a digital-first environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating success in building creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage creative teams to execute complex projects.
Expertise in leveraging analytics and performance data to refine creative strategies.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and how to optimize creative assets for these channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for turning complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
