Are you a dedicated and empathetic individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing beauty brand, currently generating over $250k per month in revenue. Help us maintain exceptional customer experiences as we continue to scale!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Resolve order issues, such as tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Provide product recommendations and guidance
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are handled efficiently
- Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to the team
- Administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally for e-commerce or beauty brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Available for at least 40 hours per week
Bonus Points:
- Experience with beauty brands or e-commerce stores generating significant monthly revenue
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
