Job Overview
The Recruitment Director will lead and oversee the talent acquisition efforts for our BPO company in the Philippines. This leadership role is critical in ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent to meet operational and business needs. The Recruitment Director will be responsible for creating and executing strategic recruitment plans, managing a team of recruiters, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will sit on the leadership team and report directly to the CEO of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's business goals and workforce needs, particularly for high-volume hiring typical in the BPO industry.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, coordinators, and talent sourcers to achieve hiring targets and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
Continuously improve the recruitment process by incorporating best practices, technology, and data analytics to streamline hiring, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure effective selection.
Collaboration with HR and Operations:
Work closely with HR, training, and operations teams to ensure hiring aligns with business forecasts and requirements. Engage with hiring managers to identify job requirements, competencies, and position qualifications.
Vendor and Agency Management:
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other service providers to ensure optimal support and performance.
Employer Branding:
Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand within the BPO industry and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and university partnerships.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure that recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Budget Management:
Oversee and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or HR-related certification) is a plus.
Experience:
At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and managing recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market and BPO industry trends.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of recruitment technologies (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) and data analytics.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute effectively.
Familiarity with labor regulations and best practices in recruitment compliance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel domestically as needed for recruitment events or business meetings.
Strong network within the BPO industry and related talent pools.
