Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Social Media Customer Service Specialists who have a passion for ensuring our users of MatchAwards.com social-economic media platform have the best experience possible. Through our ticket system, chat and phone support, you will be a vital link between our user community and our development team, helping to identify and rectify issues with a keen focus on continual improvement. U.S. Company. Full time, long term Salaried Positions. Benefits like paid days off & holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Show new users how to create effective profiles to maximize their contract, grant, job and loan Opportunities.
Engage with users on other social media platforms, inviting them to try our platform for economic Opportunities.
Respond to customer questions through our in-house ticket system.
Conduct Beta Testing, find bugs and ensure the smooth functionality of our platform.
Enter relevant data accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize PPC and SEO strategies.
Identify potential product bugs reported by real users and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and social media technology.
Strong data analytical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience with PPC and SEO.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
General business experience and understanding of business processes
Prior experience in a customer service role, especially on social media platforms, is a plus.
Knowledge of Blockchain and Crypto Currencies a plus.
