JOB OVERVIEW

Tri River Solutions is seeking a driven and outgoing Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a Cold Caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our cutting-edge automation and AI services. Your role is crucial in helping us expand our client base and demonstrating the value of our solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
Introduce Tri River Solutions and explain the benefits of our AI and automation services
Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information
Schedule follow-up meetings or appointments for the sales team
Keep accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing (preferred but not required)
Excellent verbal communication and ability to engage with business professionals
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection
Familiarity with CRM software (a plus)
Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a bonus
Strong organizational and time management skills
