Automation and API Integration Engineer (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and API Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) for an individual who thrives on leveraging several SaaS and other applications to extract, compare, and automate tasks. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop optimized, automated workflows, using your expertise in APIs and various scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the engineering team to automate and optimize workflows across multiple SaaS platforms.
Utilize PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, and other tools to create, test, and maintain automation scripts.
Develop and implement API integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between systems using RESTful APIs and Webhooks.
Work with MS Graph to create seamless integrations with Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage and automate tasks using YAML, JSON, and scripting languages.
Assist with troubleshooting, optimizing, and automating tasks in various environments (cloud, on-premises, and hybrid).

Required Skills:
Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
Experience working with Microsoft Graph API.
Strong experience with Python and JavaScript (Node.js preferred).
Proficiency in YAML and JSON for configuration and data exchange.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API integrations, and Webhooks.
Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt quickly to new technology requirements.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
C# programming knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, MS Forms, and Power Apps.
Familiarity with Azure Automation and cloud services.
Scripting experience in Ruby, Bash/Shell (Linux).
Experience with Swift (Apple), Java, PHP, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
