Our client is an innovative online reading platform offering lessons through interactive slides. They are currently seeking a Full-time Dialogue Editor to help refine recordings made by voice artists, who narrate the platform's stories and articles. The primary responsibility is to split continuous audio files into individual tracks for each slide, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent audio quality throughout each lesson.


Responsibilities:
- Ensure spoken words in audio are correct and replace any mistakes using existing recordings.
- Remove unintended noises and assess if re-records are needed.
- Ensure edits are smooth and seamless.
- Communicate with the US-based content team for training, quality control, feedback, and updates.
- Follow workflows for assignment retrieval and content submission.
- Review feedback and make corrections to image descriptions.
- Write image descriptions for English and Spanish lessons.
- Writing alternate text descriptions for images in English for students with visual impairments


Preferred Experience:
- Audio editing experience
- Ability to write alternate text description for images in English
- High level of English reading and writing proficiency

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Rate: $5.5/hour

What you need:
- Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
- 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
- A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
- Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
- At least 5 mbps backup internet service
- An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
