Part-Time Virtual Assistant (GHL, API Integration & Automation Specialist)

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The initial responsibility will be to gather details and pricing from a specific website and input this information into an Excel database. This database will serve as the foundation for GPT-based customer quotes.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with APIs and/or web hooks, assisting in the completion of our website on the Flowtrack.co platform, including creating flows and automations. Future work may involve similar tasks for other websites, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on innovation and enjoys optimizing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately copy details and pricing from a specified website into an Excel database.
• Assist in integrating APIs and setting up web hooks to streamline processes.
• Help complete and optimize our Flowtrack.co website with automated flows and processes.
• Communicate progress regularly and effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Be proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements to existing processes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with data entry and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and web hooks; experience with Flowtrack.co is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a working computer.
