JOB OVERVIEW

PMC Healthcare is a top healthcare provider in the UK. We need enthusiastic people to join our remote Customer Support Team. You will handle many calls, schedule appointments, and turn questions into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients warmly on the phone.
• Answer general questions and schedule appointments.
• Manage urgent consultations quickly and efficiently.
• Make and receive calls, taking accurate messages.
• Enter patient information into the system.
• Explain charges for services and products, accept payments, and issue receipts.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Experience working with English-speaking companies (US, UK, or Australia).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
• Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently.
• Experience in customer service/sales roles is a plus.
• Must clock in using Timeproof, with screen time monitored by the team.
• Available for video calls during working hours for support and assistance.
• Must have a quiet work environment, stable internet connection, a reliable computer, and a high-quality headset.

Salary:
• $400 per month for the first 3 months (probation period)
• $500 per month after successfully completing the probation period

Performance incentives and performance bonuses included.

Working Hours:
Full-time position requiring full flexibility to cover different shifts between 6 am and 10 pm UK Time, Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week.
