Night Shift Call Centre Agent (Female for now)

Location: Remote (Philippine Time Zone)

Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:45 AM (Philippine time), Monday to Friday

**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a professional and dedicated call center agent to join our team for a full-time night shift position. The role involves working as a transfer agent, handling primarily outbound calls. The system will automatically dial for you, and your responsibility will be to confirm if the customer meets the necessary criteria before transferring the call to a licensed agent. Once transferred, you will leave the call.

What We Offer:

Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts with 3 breaks:
- 15-minute break around 11:00 PM to 11:15 PM
- Lunch break from 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM or 1:30 AM to 2:00 AM (your choice)
- Final break from 3:45 AM to 4:00 AM

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow a structured call process
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
