Role: Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant Family Financial
Job Overview - Family Financial is seeking a Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role will focus on promoting our financial services across multiple digital platforms and supporting the development of sales funnels to drive leads and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Kajabi, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and building sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platform Management Manage and optimize our presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Kajabi Sales Funnel Creation:

Develop, build, and optimize sales funnels on Kajabi to capture leads and drive conversions, focusing on user experience and conversion rates. -

Ad Campaigns

Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Track performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve ad effectiveness. -

Content Creation & Promotion:

Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and goals, then promote this content through organic and paid methods. -

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Regularly analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights for improvements. -

Social Media Engagement:

Engage with our audience across platforms to build relationships, answer inquiries, and foster community growth.

Key Skills & Qualications**: - **Profinance in Kajabi**: Strong experience in creating and optimizing sales funnels using Kajabi. - **Social Media Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, including content management and ad promotion. -

**Ad Campaign Experience**: Proven ability to design, execute, and monitor successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. -

**Analytics and Performance Tracking**: Ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to improve digital marketing strategies. -

**Creative & Strategic Thinking**: A combination of creativity in content development and strategic thinking in executing campaigns. -

**Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and proficiency in managing various digital marketing tasks. -

**Self- Motivated**: Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with minimal supervision.

#### **Performance Monitoring**: Your performance will be evaluated based on the success of campaigns, growth in social media engagement, lead generation, and the effectiveness of Kajabi sales funnels. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be set to measure the results of digital efforts, including ad click-through rates, lead conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). ####

**Experience**: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services. - Experience managing Kajabi for funnel creation. - Proven track record in running and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. ---
