WADIC is looking for a talented and driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. If you have extensive experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation, and you are adept at leveraging LinkedIn tools and strategies, we would love to hear from you. This role offers flexibility in working hours and can be tailored as a full-time or hourly position based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage LinkedIn marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and engage potential leads.
-Use tools such as Meet Alfred for automated outreach and follow-ups.
- Create and optimize LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and ads to enhance engagement and lead conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including metrics such as click-through rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn’s latest features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn marketing tools such as Meet Alfred and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, advertising options, and content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content for LinkedIn.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
