Strategic Financial Advisory: Offer high-level financial advice based on in-depth analysis of the firm's finances, aimed at improving profitability, managing cash flow, and optimizing expenses.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all financial processes and strategies remain fully compliant with legal regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

Law Firm Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in financial consulting, with at least 2 years working specifically with law firms (preferably within criminal defense or litigation).
Deep Knowledge of Legal Finances: In-depth understanding of law firm financial operations, including billing, trust accounting, and revenue cycles.
Financial Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial credentials preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in a way that is clear and actionable for firm leadership.
Confidentiality & Integrity: A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering financial insights and advice clearly during quarterly review sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with legal financial management systems such as Clio, QuickBooks for Law Firms, or similar platforms.
Prior work with small to mid-sized law firms.

Compensation: This is a consultant role with quarterly compensation, paid following review meetings with the Managing Partner. Compensation is commensurate with experience and the depth of services provided.
