Join our fast-growing team at Window Warriors & Home Services as a Virtual Assistant, where you'll manage client communication and operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
-Client Communication: Manage calls, emails, and texts, ensuring professional and timely responses.
-CRM & Operations Management: Keep our systems running smoothly and organized using platforms like Jobber and Go High Level.
-Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up: Ensure that appointments and follow-ups are handled seamlessly.
-Tech Tools: Use ChatGPT, Zapier, GHL, Jobber, Excel, and Notion to manage daily tasks and workflows.

Desired Skills (Not Dealbreakers, but Awesome to Have!):
-Proficiency in Zapier and Go High Level (GHL) is a plus, but we can train the right person.
-Experience with CRMs and project management tools is an advantage.

-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
-Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail—you never miss a beat.
-Proficiency in Excel, ChatGPT, and CRM systems.
-Organized, self-starter who loves to take initiative and solve problems independently.
