**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This role will begin as a part-time position, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing support to our sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments.
- Maintain a detailed calendar of appointments and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and handle any scheduling changes.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage leads and update CRM systems with relevant information and appointment details.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns clients may have before their scheduled appointment.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and scheduling tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus.
