JOB TITLE: Account Manager

2 years of account management experience
2 years of customer service experience
Excellent English writing skills
RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction
- Handle video requests, coordinate delivery timelines, and follow up on approvals
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with internal teams such as creative directors and external creators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content
- Recruit and onboard new creators for projects, handling contracts and queries
- Ensure all content delivered meets the client's expectations and is aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve client experiences
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor project progress and manage workflows to ensure on-time delivery of content
- Coordinate with the creative team to manage revisions and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and handle any issues that may arise
- Track client feedback, suggest improvements, and optimize the client experience for future projects
- Support clients in understanding and utilizing ContentJet’s services effectively
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
