JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to manage our client's listings and ensure optimal accuracy, visibility, and engagement on our platform. Your role will be vital in maintaining high-quality listings and fostering relationships with property owners to maximize inventory and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of client's listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Conduct regular outreach to property owners and managers to verify listing details, pricing, and availability.

Optimize listings for increased visibility and booking potential on the platform.

Perform quality control on new and existing listings to maintain high standards.

Build strong relationships with property owners and managers, ensuring their continued satisfaction with the platform.

Identify opportunities to expand our inventory by onboarding new client's spaces.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote featured listings and highlight new properties.

Generate reports on inventory status, utilization, and trends for internal teams.

Assist in the onboarding process for new property owners, providing training and support as needed.

Address and resolve any inventory-related discrepancies or issues.

Skills

Strong data management expertise, with the ability to manage and track multiple listings effectively.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage property owners and explain the platform’s value proposition.

Ability to provide strategic updates to stakeholders and foster long-term relationships with suppliers.

Comfort with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and handling large sets of data.


Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in real estate or logistics.

Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.

Knowledge of industrial real estate and client's operations is a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Problem-solving aptitude and proactive attitude towards challenges.
