Plumbing Estimation Assistant

Takeoff and assist with large plumbing estimates.
The ideal candidate should be a female. She should know construction and plumbing plans well.
She should be able to communicate fluently in English,
She will have a lot of work for a current project, with potential for more work based on the current experience.
We currently have a very large project to estimate with 300 apartments.
We will need the assistant to get us a detailed list of all the plumbing-related items, listed by apartment and room.
Will need to be done fast and well. The plans are detailed, so the candidate who knows how to read such plans should be able to figure it out.
The ideal candidate should be able to measure the pipe where necessary, and understand how plumbing risers work.
