Video Content Management Assistant (Project Based)

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with managing our video content library. This role involves organizing video files, transcribing audio, and generating summaries using AI tools. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and various software applications (ie. Claude + Descript + Adobe Premiere)

Key Responsibilities:

- Update and maintain a spreadsheet with new video content.
- Transcribe audio from video files
- Use Claude AI to generate executive summaries of video content
- Organize and manage video files in Google Drive
- Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained

This is a project estimated at 10 hours. After the initial period there is an option for ongoing part-time work (5-10 hours/wk)
