Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller and Social Media VA

Location: Remote (Must be available during Central Time)

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: Monday to Friday (Graveyard Shift)

Compensation: $4 per hour, paid weekly

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Cold Caller and Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. As part of our real estate agency, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and managing social media platforms to engage with potential clients and promote our services. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about both real estate and social media marketing. This is a remote position that requires availability during graveyard hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads in the real estate market.
• Set appointments and pre-qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain a log of calls and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
• Follow scripts and handle objections professionally.
• Manage and update company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging posts and respond to comments and inquiries.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with company goals.
• Research and identify new lead sources through social media and other online platforms.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferably in real estate or a related industry).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques, CRM software, and social media tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


Technical Requirements:

• Must have a primary and a backup desktop and/or laptop with an Intel i3 processor or higher.
• Reliable internet connection with at least 5MBPS for both upload and download speeds.
• Noise-cancelling headset.
