Email Designer for Natural Skincare Brand

We are a small but fast-growing natural skincare brand passionate about providing high-quality, sustainable products to our customers. We are looking for a talented and creative Email Designer to join our team on a long-term basis.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Email Designer with experience in Klaviyo to design and build 2-4 polished, optimized emails per week. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning emails that align with our brand, incorporating custom graphics, and ensuring the emails are fully optimized for deliverability and performance. All copy will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Design and build 2-4 email campaigns per week using Klaviyo
Create custom graphics and visuals that fit the brand aesthetic
Ensure all emails are mobile-optimized, responsive, and polished
Collaborate with our team to align with branding and product launches
Implement best practices for email design, including A/B testing and optimization

Requirements:
Proven experience with Klaviyo email design and campaign setup
Graphic design skills with the ability to create custom visuals
A portfolio of previous email designs (required for consideration)
Strong attention to detail and a polished design aesthetic
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with email marketing best practices
Long-term availability (2-4 emails per week)

Compensation:
$12 per finished email

Start date: within 2 weeks
