Job Description:
As a Part-Time VA Billing, you will play a crucial role in helping support our team through admin support, maintaining call logs, team processes, bookkeeping, and client billing . If you are a detail-oriented and motivated individual with experience in bookkeeping and admin support this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to our success while working remotely.

Responsibilities:
Manage call logs and reports
Admin support to the team
Confirm all processes align across departments
Billing
Bookkeeping

Qualifications:
Trello
Proficiency in Quickbooks
Prior experience using HubSpot CRM management is a plus.
Secure VPN
Experience in previous bookkeeping is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Portfolio of past projects
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
A proactive and creative mindset.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week. The specific hours and work schedule can be discussed and tailored to fit your availability.
