Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Disposition Team in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating day-to-day marketing operations. This role plays a vital part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and maintaining the company's online presence through various digital and traditional marketing channels.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

2. Design & Media Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design and video editing, with hands-on experience using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent design software.
3. Property Marketing Expertise: Skilled in marketing property listings, with a track record of creating engaging and effective campaigns.
4. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Podio is a plus.
