Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute organic social media strategies to grow our brand presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Create viral, engaging content that resonates with different audiences and sparks conversations.
Daily posting of high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
Stay on top of trends and leverage viral Upgrade to see actual infonts to increase brand visibility.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify organic reach and build strong community connections.
Analyze content performance using social media insights and metrics to refine content strategy and boost engagement.
Experiment with new content formats and approaches, including live streams, reels, stories, and interactive content.
Keep up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategy stays fresh and relevant.
Requirements:

Proven experience in growing social media channels through organic content.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and how to maximize reach without relying on paid ads.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, short videos, and interactive posts.
Strong analytical skills to track, evaluate, and optimize the performance of organic content.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
