social media manager ( Spanish/English)

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized bilingual (Spanish & English) Virtual Assistant to manage the social media presence and website content for three different companies within the PDT2 Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and the company websites. This role offers significant potential for growth as the companies expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for Instagram and Facebook for all three companies.

Create, schedule, and post content that aligns with brand identity and engages the target audience.

Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and interact with followers to foster community engagement.

Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance.

Assist with basic website content management, ensuring that content is up-to-date and aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.

Design and manage promotional campaigns for social media and the web.

Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.


Qualifications:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Proven experience in managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and Facebook.

Basic knowledge of website management (experience with WordPress or similar platforms is a plus).

Familiarity with social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
