As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carrier Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Carrier Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carrier partners, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery solutions. This role is crucial in driving operational efficiency and contributing to the company’s overall logistics strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to ensure cost efficiency.
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations related to carrier selection, shipment scheduling, and on-time delivery.
Monitor carrier performance and resolve any service issues.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize carrier capacity and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of transportation plans.
Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for carrier sourcing and rate negotiation.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation management.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and MS Office.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
