We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has a knack for optimizing social media and paid advertising campaigns.

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in building and nurturing our online community, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement with our health-conscious audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to achieve brand objectives.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build and maintain our social media presence, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand sentiment.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and take appropriate actions to continuously improve them.
- Work with internal and external copywriters, designers, and agency partners to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales) to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Maintain a social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with influencer and partnership managers to partner with influencers and run influencer campaigns.
- Maintain and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and standard practices.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media advertising (a plus).
- Passion for our brand promote health and wellness.
