Job Description:
An independent insurance claims office is seeking a well-spoken and detail-oriented Claims Support Specialist to assist with various aspects of day-to-day operations. Our office processes primarily automobile damage claims for well-known national insurance companies in the property and casualty field.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and assisting customers via phone (heavy call volume).
Scheduling inspection appointments for claims.
Transferring and managing files.
Interacting with clients and internal teams online.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Computer literacy, including the ability to manage online interactions and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
While we will provide training on the specific tasks and processes unique to our office, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the above-mentioned skills.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
