Amazon/ Ecommerce Order Processor

We are looking for a dynamic Order and Shipping E-Commerce Specialist for a US Fitness Equipment Company.

*Full Time (40 Hours)
*Fully Remote/ Work from Home
*$1,600 to $2,000 USD salary
*Overlap US CST hours

Role Requirements
> US or Western B2C/Direct to Customer/Wholesale order processing experience
> Advanced excel and ERP experience (Brightpearl, NetSuite or similar)
> Strong experience in order processing, data analysis, or a similar role

Main Responsibilities
> Data Management: Ensure accurate data management in Brightpearl to support order processing and inventory. Identify discrepancies and uphold data integrity.
> Order Processing & Shipping: Process orders via Shipstation, ensuring shipments are accurate, cost-effective, and delivered on time. Balance the demands of small parcel and LTL shipping while ensuring customer satisfaction.
> Backorder Management: Monitor backorders and ensure timely release and allocation as inventory becomes available.
> Cost Optimization: Regularly audit shipping costs to ensure we are shipping at the lowest possible cost without compromising quality.
> Customer Communication: Updates the team with the latest order information and communicate effectively with customers regarding local deliveries, freight, and pickups.
> Data-Driven Insights: Analyze shipping data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, driving smarter and faster decision-making.
> Audit & Claims Management: Audit UPS and LTL bills, manage claims for shipping discrepancies, and secure refunds while ensuring accurate financial records.
> Reporting & Analysis: Create reports tracking key metrics such as fulfillment rates and shipping costs, providing insights for strategic decision-making across the company.
> End-of-Month Support: Provide necessary data to assist in closing the books each month, tracking shipping costs, order data, and other relevant information.
