Mr Tee Electrical is a family-operated business established by Hasan Tekirdag in 2017. We provide quality electrical services across Western Sydney in Australia. Specialising in both general electrical work and level 2 services, for all commercial, residential and maintenance needs, the company has built a strong reputation for reliable and efficient solutions. To continue delivering excellent customer service and streamline operations, Mr Tee Electrical is now seeking a virtual assistant to support daily tasks, scheduling and customer communication, helping the team focus on core services while maintaining seamless administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation for Email Outreach: Identify and gather potential leads for email marketing campaigns.

Graphic Design and Social Media Management: Create engaging graphics using Canva, manage social media accounts, and develop content strategies.


Email
Copy and Content Creation: Write compelling email content for outreach campaigns.

Web Design: Develop and maintain our website using Wix or WordPress platforms.

Ad Hoc Admin Support: Provide various administrative tasks as required by Managing Director Hasan.

Basic Xero Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform basic reconciliation and reporting tasks using Xero.

Capability Statement Creation: Develop and maintain a professional capability statement for the company.

Qualifications and Experience:
University Qualified: A degree is required.
Excellent English Skills: Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Experience with the Following Tools is Preferable:
-Canva
-Wix/WordPress
-Database Management
-ChatGPT
-Capcut
-Xero

Requirements:
Part-time Availability
