We are currently seeking a B2B Appointment Setter to join our dedicated team and contribute to our company’s growth plans.

Job Summary

As an Appointment Setter for client business development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth by identifying and qualifying clients. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
2. Initiate outreach to prospective clients via, email, calls, and other communication tools, effectively articulating the value proposition of our recruiting services.
3.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, keeping accurate records of interactions and status updates using our CRM system.
4. Collaborate closely with the team to understand specific requirements and preferences in order to refine lead targeting and messaging.
5. Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.


Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a B2B Appointment Setter or similar role in recruiting
2. Apollo io and Instantly experience is highly preferred
3. Proven track record in lead generation, sales, or business development, must be within the recruiting or staffing industry.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of professionals.
5. Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify and source potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Schedule:

US shift - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm MST
